This couples class applies to everyone. Two people. creating one board together while enjoying eight wine tastings. Grab your spouse, friends, parents or anyone who loves wine and cheese.

Whether you’re a seasoned entertainer or a novice, this class will elevate your skills and teach you how to design and present a stunning charcuterie board.
Come join us for a fun and educational evening on Saturday,2/22/25 @ 5:00pm at Total Wine & More, West Hartford. Learn how to create the perfect charcuterie board while sipping on 8 delicious wines from Italy.
During this in-person event, you will get hands-on experience designing a charcuterie board with a variety of meats, cheeses and fruits. Create a salami flower, kiwi star, provolone rose and more. Michelle will guide you through the process and provide simple tips and tricks to elevate your charcuterie life.
Included: 12" Bamboo board- 4 cheeses - 2 Meats - Fresh Fruit- Dry Fruit- Fresh Herbs- Crackers
All tools needed will be provided but not included.
You will also have the opportunity to sample a selection of 8 different wines carefully chosen to complement the flavors of your charcuterie board. It's the perfect way to unwind and socialize with friends.
