Hosted by Culinary Director Nathan Naranjo, this intimate four-course tasting showcases the essence of Mexican cooking through fresh, refined dishes:
🍤 Aguachile Verde – Lime-cured shrimp in a bright cucumber-serrano broth with avocado and grapefruit.
🌽 Street Corn Esquites – Fire-roasted corn tossed in chipotle-lime crema over mango-habanero sauce.
🥩 Chimichurri Steak – Tender sous-vide steak over roasted pepper purée, finished with crisp potatoes and pickled onion.
🥥 Coconut Tres Leches Parfait – A tropical, decadent twist on the classic dessert.
