The Chefs at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island are presenting a monthly cooking demonstration preparing and cooking a variety of cuisines. Small class sizes create an intimate environment hosted in Salt Restaurant. After each demonstration, students dine with a matched wine and return to the set for the next dish.
