About this Event
Every Thursday, join us at Il Pastaio (second floor, center of our marketplace) starting at 6PM for a special taste of regional Italian pastas.
Please note:
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not included in the ticket price, but may be added a la carte during the dinner. We will also be featuring a special wine flight menu for $25 per person plus taxes with each glass perfectly paired ot pasta courses.
Beginning at 6:00PM this experience is limited to eight seats only where you will be able to have a first hand intimate experience with our Pastaio chef as they prepare each pasta shape by hand in front of guests at our fresh pasta counter. Please be sure to check in at the host stand at Il Pastaio 10-15 minutes before experience is set to begin.
In this event, guests will:
- Get to taste 3 regional pasta dishes: Malloreddus Alla Campidanese, Orecchiette Al Pesto, Fusilli Al Ferretto Al Pomodoro
- Nota bene: One dish does contain pork, please reach out to team directly with any dietary restrictions.
- Learn about pasta shapes originating from the Southern regions of Italy.
- Have the opurtunity to ask our Chef any questions about the sauces, and dishes being prepared or pasta in general.
- Make new friends!
We allow for a 10-minute grace period after the class start time; if the registered guests have not arrived or notified us of late arrival within this period, we reserve the right to open spots to guests on our waitlist and your seat is no longer guaranteed.
