About this Event
Join Lead CHEFS Culinary Instructor and Chef, Robert Martz, for a 1.5 hour cooking class! You’ll learn to make fresh pasta and cream or red sauce from scratch.
CHEFS (Conquering Homelessness through Employment in Food Services) is a culinary training program and caterer through Episcopal Community Services (ECS) that provides instruction in technical and professional skills necessary for entry into food services for people facing homelessness or extreme poverty.
