About this Event
Brunch will be a family style homage to the Easter feasts of chef Beth Zozula's childhood. It will feature pickled and deviled eggs, roasted leg of Lamb, handmade tortillas, bitter greens, honey, sheep's milk feta, olives, potato casserole, and asparagus. The feast will kickoff with the 2nd annual Lamb cake bake off competion. Local chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, and industry professionals will display their cakes, competing against eachother in both presentation and flavor. As a guest you will also be the judge. You will get to taste, spectate, and score the confectionary wonders. Winners will be announced at the conclusion of the meal. A celebration and experience not to be missed!
