Chef Series at Dram: Barney Pau - Later Session
To begin their “Chef Series”, Dram are collaborating with chef Barney Pau on a foraged tasting menu hosted in the Lab underneath Dram - pairing drinks with Barney’s innovative 4 course menu of locally foraged ingredients
Barney Pau is a London-based creative working across food, art, & ecology, who focuses on food futures, queering consumption, and foraging and fermenting as social resistance. In his work, he uses food as an artistic medium to communicate his research through taste. In 2021, Barney founded Finger Food Magazine, a contributor-based space for stories, artwork, and essays, in any and all mediums, exploring cooking, craft, and creation. When he is not cooking, or editing, he writes on food and its' theory for different publications, including his own Substack.
Ticket includes: four course tasting menu, paired with four drinks.
