Please join us for a unique Sicilian Cultural Experience with delicious food and wine, a prize raffle, and lots of fun, while supporting a great cause!ACTS has brought three chefs all the way from Italy for an authentic cultural evening where you can learn to make delicious Sicilian food and enjoy it while sipping wine and mingling with other friends of ACTS.
Head Chef Antonio (Palermo), Chef Stefano (Umbria) and Pastry Chef Barbara (Umbria) will demonstrate the creation of an authentic Sicilian meal for you to enjoy. Tickets are $115/person
Event menu:
--Italian wine
--Bruschetta Pomodoro
--Stracciata: Buffalo mozzarella mixed with truffles & pistachio served on a baguette.
--Arancini (Mini): Rice, cheese and ham rolled in bread crumbs and fried
--Sicilian Lasagna: with pork sausage and vegetarian lasagna option with a caprese side salad
--Dessert: Pistachio Ice Cream
