We will be meeting at Lake Pleasant (exact location TBD based on water levels). There is a $7.00 day use fee for this park.
Equipment needed:
Safety swim buoy
Trail running shoes you don't mind getting wet
Socks that prevent blistering and debris from entering
Optional pull buoy that can be attached to you somehow
Optional paddles to help you pull
Brightly colored swim cap and goggles
A way of carrying water and fuel (dry bag safety buoy is perfect)
Depending on water temperature, a wetsuit you can run in
