Join us in hosting Chef Mike of Aurora Restaurant and The Celeste Hotel for his debut with his new passion project with his wife. With 19 years of culinary experience Chef Mike is excited to cultivate a new relationship with the Orlando food scene, and be able to have full control over what is served and what products are used, right down to using all eco-friendly recyclable and compostable serving ware, utensils and paper goods; being able to serve incredible food and do right by the environment!
Having experience in an array of styles of cooking and types of cuisine a Fusion Food Truck with a wide variety in its menu just made sense to Chef Mike. Leveraging his two decades of experience and creativity leaves open ended possibilities for his food!
