The course will be conducted in Chinese with Thai interpretation, and English recipes will be provided.
⚜️Course Highlights:
∝ Taiwanese-style bread is a timeless classic in Taiwan’s bakery scene. Despite the rise of European bread trends over the past decade, Taiwanese bread remains strong, holding a major share of the market. In addition to his involvement with European bread in international competitions, Master Wu Tzu-Ching has recently invested in traditional Taiwanese bakeries, expanding from Tainan to Taichung. The variety of products and their popularity reflect the strong appeal of these breads.
∝ This course focuses on modern techniques for making Taiwanese-style bread, enhancing traditional textures to meet today’s quality and ingredient standards. The goal is to retain nostalgic flavors while elevating traditional bread for the new generation.
Taiwanese breads are known for their versatility—many variations can be made from a single dough. The key lies in how fillings are combined with the dough and how different textures require different shaping methods, resulting in soft, family-friendly breads.

∝ Taro Bread (芋頭)
∝ Corn Bread (玉米麵包)

∝ Pork Floss Bun (肉鬆麵包)
∝ Coffee UFO (咖啡UFO)
