Chef Jordan Presents: A Private Valentine's Dinner

Join us for a special Valentine’s-week Chef’s Supper Club Dinner at 32 Shea, an intimate, thoughtfully crafted evening designed for connection, conversation, and incredible food you won't find on our menu.

Each guest will enjoy a multi-course chef-driven menu, featuring seasonal ingredients, elevated comfort dishes, and refined plating. Your ticket includes one beverage (cocktail, beer, wine, or non-alcoholic option), with additional drinks available for purchase.

5pm and 7:30pm seating times are available on Wednesday, February 11th. This experience is intentionally limited to just 20 reservations per seating to create a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere that's perfect for couples, friends, or anyone looking to celebrate Valentine’s a little early.

Amuse Bouche (Individual)

• Wild Mushroom Arancini – Dijon Mustard Aioli, Parmesan
• Tuna Tartare Taco – Soy, Truffle, Pistachio, Orange, Avocado Mousse
• Crab Cake – Remoulade, Microgreens, Crispy Capers

Salad (Individual)

• Beet Salad – Citrus, Green Apple Vinaigrette, Nut Honeycomb, Whipped Goat Cheese, Roasted Beets, Arugula Microgreens

Entrée (Individual)

• Pork Osso Bucco – Polenta, Pomegranate, Date Purée, Crispy Chicken Skin, Red Wine Gastrique

Shared Course

• Truffle Lobster Mac & Cheese – Cavatappi Pasta, Truffle Cream Sauce, Fontina Cheese, Breadcrumbs

Dessert (Shared)

• Espresso Martini Crème Brûlée

Seats are extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly.

* Includes dinner gratuity. Sales tax will be added at reservation check out. Payment must be made at time of reservation. Tickets will be sold in pairs (groups of two). Please note that we cannot accommodate food allergies at this event.
