Are you obsessed or just plain curious about oysters? Then the Chef & Shucker Class is for you!
Join us for all things oysters the last Sunday of each month at 2:30pm. Our shucking classes adhere to all COVID guidelines, and we have socially distanced tables for groups of four, allowing you to safely enjoy our classes with your party. We promise an afternoon of theory, tasting, wine, and laughs!

How To Properly Wash, Store, And Prepare Shellfish
Guided Instructions On Shucking An Oyster
12-15 Oysters To Shuck Per Person
