Chef Alejandra Kauachi is proudly Mexican, a passionate cook, and dedicated to sharing the traditions and flavors of her ancestors.
Ale (as her friends call her) grew up in a family of Mexican and Lebanese cooks, growing up between spices and amazing aromas. When she had to choose a profession, culinary arts appeared as a natural choice.A professional chef, natural host, bon vivant and totally bohemian, she decided to share family stories, songs and recipes at the cooking school in Mexico.
We are excited to have her here for a taste of Mexico in this 90 minute Demo Class she teaches theory of corn, nixtamal process and salsas.
