Spend a full day learning how to make 11 different artisan cheeses in a small-group, immersive workshop.
Led by Barry — a chemical engineer with over 40 years’ experience in adult education — this experience combines practical skill, food science and clear step-by-step instruction in a relaxed and supportive environment.
You’ll leave with at least 2kg of cheese that you have made yourself, along with comprehensive notes and recipes so you can confidently continue cheesemaking at home.
All ingredients, equipment, lunch and refreshments are included.
