In this patisserie class all about cheesecakes, you will learn to make three different styles: No-Bake Cocktail Cheesecake; Chocolate Orange New-York Style Baked Cheesecake; Japanese Souffle Cheesecake.There are plenty of skills to be learnt including:
- Combining flavours to create delicious cheesecakes
- Successful egg separation
- Whisking techniques to create a light and fluffy soufflé style cheesecake
- Folding ingredients together to preserve light texture
- Using a bain marie
- Creating a delicious crisp and buttery biscuit base
