Cheese Tasting at Boundary Shoreditch

Emma Young (The Cheese Explorer) is a Cheese Consultant & Author of The Cheese Wheel, a book about flavour and pairing. She has worked in the cheese industry since 2009 from cheesemonger to cheesemaker to now consultant and teacher.

Emma has been an International cheese judge for the past 12 years and teaches cheese courses for MonS Formation, the Guild of Fine Food and the Academy of Cheese in the UK.

During this evening Emma will eat us through seven different cheeses including a vertical tasting of 3 ages of one.

Drinks (including an extensive list of wines) can be purchased on the night from our well-stockd bar.
