Cheese Club heads to SpainWe’ll be tasting three Spanish cheeses, each made from a different milk and aged to show how time, texture and tradition shape flavour.
What’s on the board:
• Queso de Cabra – an aged goat’s milk cheese with gentle tang and buttery softness
• Queso Mezcla Curado – a cured mixed-milk cheese (cow, goat & sheep) offering balance, savoury notes and versatility
• Queso Manchego Maturado – a classic aged sheep’s milk cheese with nutty, peppery depth and a long finish
Includes accompaniments.
