Join us for a fun Cheese + Beer workshop at our River Valley outlet, in collaboration with the OG craft beer company Smith Street Taps @smithstreettaps.
Taste through five cheeses alongside five beers from a spectrum of styles.
Explore how fermentation, carbonation, bitterness and acidity shape taste - how bubbles cleanse the palate and hops counter rich fats.
Dive into the science of the sip, and dive deeper into chill mode.
