You’ll enjoy five cheeses and two wines, exploring how different cheeses can complement the same wine pairing in unexpected and delicious ways—an experience that’s equal parts indulgent and enlightening.
Your £35 ticket includes a copy of Carlos Yescas’ new book, and after the tasting you’ll have time to browse and shop, with all cheeses featured available to purchase.

Carlos Yescas is a food scholar, international cheese expert and educator who champions artisan and traditional cheesemaking around the world. A passionate advocate for preserving heritage methods, he works with organisations including the Guild of Fine Food, helping to study, promote and protect traditional cheeses globally.
