Join us for a special night celebrating flavour, craft, and creativity as Jay brings his years of hospitality experience to Indie Fude for a one-off cocktail experience. For this event, he’ll be creating a bespoke menu of cocktails on the night, each one inspired by his journey behind the bar and designed to surprise and delight.
To make the evening even more memorable, every cocktail will be thoughtfully paired with one of our favourite Irish cheeses from the Indie Fude counter, highlighting the magic that happens when great drinks and exceptional produce come together.
It’s a relaxed, sociable evening perfect for anyone who loves cocktails, cheese, or simply trying something a little different.
