Cheers + Charity is an event created to bring together Kansas City's wedding community to network, celebrate a successful business year and give back to a local charity organization. We celebrate the importance of community, unity and relationships which is why Monthly Merriment, Wed KC and Wedding Vendor Social are collaborating to host the 3rd Annual Cheers & Charity Event! Come join us for a wedding professional's networking event & beginning of year celebration for 2026!

EVENT ADMISSION INCLUDES:
This year’s theme is “Shades of Giving”. It will be an immersive event that brings rich jewel tones to life through bold color blocking and purposeful design. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour and passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a journey through sectioned-off spaces with specific color themes throughout the gallery, each transformed into distinct chromatic displays. Guests will experience live performances, photo moments, interactive stations, delicious bites, drinks and sweets. There will be a brief presentation by the charity recipient before concluding the night with dancing and mingling.
DRESS TO IMPRESS:
Dress to impress with bold color blocking or stylish monochromatic looks in rich jewel tones that pop against the winter backdrop. Think striking pairings — emerald, raspberry pink, silver, sapphire, aubergine, and goldenrod yellow! Don’t be afraid to make a statement; this is your moment to play with color and confidence.
HOW TO GIVE BACK:
$40 Admission Tickets + any extra donations will be given directly to Camp Encourage.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy beverage purchases and interactive guest experiences at the event, with proceeds also benefiting Camp Encourage.

ABOUT THE CHARITY ORGANIZATION:
Camp Encourage is a Kansas City–based nonprofit that provides youth on the autism spectrum with enriching overnight camp experiences designed to build confidence, connection, and joy. Founded by special educators, the program combines classic camp fun — like swimming, arts, and campfires — with individualized support, sensory-friendly activities, and peer mentoring. Each session fosters inclusion, understanding, and lifelong friendships in a truly encouraging environment.
