We're back with our regular Tuesday meetup at Chedoke, through to the end of summer. Meet at the bottom of the stairs for 6:30pm - lots of options for everyone. This is a social, no drop run - we will stop multiple times to wait for people to catch up.Up the rail trail to the single track - option to turn back here for 5k. Continue to the top and back down for 8k. Up the Chedoke stairs, back down, Bruce Trail to Dundurn stairs to do that set and back to cars, 11k.
We'll do the same route every Tuesday - your choice on distance.
Remember, you belong here, come out and run with us. No pressure run group where you can go at your own pace.
