It’s peak sweater season—and we’re heading to America’s Dairyland to celebrate. This cozy, beer-friendly class is all about the bold, buttery brilliance of Wisconsin cheese, just in time for Oktoberfest. We’ll spotlight award-winning makers like Blakesville Creamery, Roelli Cheese Haus, Landmark Creamery and more through a series of rich, autumnal pairings that go way beyond curds.
Think alpine-style wedges, cave-aged blues, bloomy goat bombs—and plenty of warm, salty snacks to match. Of course, we’re pouring crisp German beers and cold-climate wines to wash it all down.
