CIO lands on Michigan Ave. for a pre-release look at the Checkeditout Book at the on Thursday, May 8. Catch a rare glimpse of the book in the layout stage, with behind-the-scenes photos by Motive Archive, words by CIO Crew and guest contributors, design by Autoarts, with Lowend Garage, published by Odometer.

Why are car enthusiasts into watches? Boil it down to appreciating mechanical precision, to savoring analog experience, to respect for craftsmanship. All of this applies to Breitling timepieces. We’re excited to partner with the legendary Swiss watchmaker for this exciting book preview. Just last year, Breitling released a book on their 140-year history. They’ve got some years on us, but we’ll catch up.

Cars, watches, and literature – what more could you want? We’re serving drinks and appetizers to complete the affair. 100% of ticket sales to the CIO x Breitling pop-up go toward our charitable partner , dedicated to keeping at-risk youth off the streets.
