This session is a slower, more immersive space to pause and listen.

We’ll move through:

• guided breathwork
• gentle, intentional movement
• body awareness (especially where you hold tension)
• moments to just be… without having to figure anything out

No pressure. No perfect way to do this.

Just a chance to notice what’s been there… and respond to it differently.

You might leave feeling:

• more grounded
• more clear
• or simply more connected to yourself
