Welcome to the CHC/ACT Conference 2024 - Navigating Toward a Healthier Connecticut Conference!
Join us on Thursday, November 14, 2024 and Friday, November 15, 2024 at the Hilton Mystic for a conference filled with insightful discussions, engaging workshops, and networking opportunities. This in-person event will bring together CHC/ACT members, partners, experts, and other stakeholders to demonstrate and improve the work of health centers within our state.
