Chaturanga for Beginners

Join Kayla on January 17th for a talk & practice dedicated to a foundational pose, Chaturanga half-plank. In this 90-minute workshop, we will break down muscle function, technique, and alignment for a Chaturanga shaped for your asana practice. We will prepare the muscle groups with warm-up exercises & explore modifications using props to better support your shape.

Suitable for all levels, beginners most welcome.

Notebook and writing utensil are welcomed if you want to jot down anything, but not required.
