About this Event

Advance and develop your use of ChatGPT to streamline your business functions, through the creation of custom AI assistants - Please note, this session is tailored to those at a beginner level.


Please note: To join this workshop you or your business needs to reside within one of the following GM local authorities: Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside or Trafford, Wigan.

You also need to be: The owner of a business OR an aspiring entrepreneur with a business idea you want to develop.

Besides your Eventbrite ticket to the event, you will also need to register with Generator HERE.

Chat GPT as your Business Assistant:



1. Save Time and Work Smarter

Attendees will learn how to use ChatGPT to handle everyday tasks like admin, emails, or marketing posts, helping them get more done in less time.


2. Keep Things Consistent

They’ll learn how to create clear systems and templates with ChatGPT so messages, documents, and customer replies stay professional and on-brand every time.


3. Build Practical AI Skills for Their Business

Everyone will design and test their own ChatGPT assistant during the session, so they leave with real skills they can use straight away in different parts of their business, including:

  • Customer engagement (responses, FAQs, scripts)
  • Operations (policies, HR docs, admin)
  • Marketing (content calendars, campaign drafts)
  • Finance
  • Frameworks and prompt techniques that work across industries.


The Generator is a project with two vibrant enterprise hubs, located in St Peter’s Square, on the ground floor of the Town Hall Extension, and in Royal Mills in Ancoats. Our services include workspaces, events and workshops, 1-to-1 business information support, plus access to expert intellectual property and legal advice, and an introduction to our industry-standard business databases.
