About this Event
Join Natalie for a mindful day in the Lake District, taking on one of its most iconic routes - The Old Man of Coniston.
This is a hike about leaving things behind at the base - the noise, the pressure, the endless to-do lists - and gently trading them for fresh air, open space, and a slower rhythm. As the path climbs, so does your perspective.
Having stepped away from corporate life to follow something more meaningful, Natalie now creates hikes rooted in movement, mindset and connection. Her approach is simple: bring people together, move through beautiful places, and let the small moments - a view, a conversation, a quiet pause - do the rest.
Along the way, expect easy chats, shared snacks, and pockets of calm where you can just be. And at the summit, something a little bit special - rugged, far-reaching views and that quiet, weightless feeling that only the mountains seem to give.
