About this Event
Join us in the Lethaby Gallery at CSM for a unique evening centred around the themes of queerness and DIY, where we delve deeper into the vast constellation of identities that shape our creative practices.
In line with the themes of current exhibition The Observatory, this gathering invites participants to explore queerness not just as a matter of sexuality - but as a broader lens through which we can examine design, race, gender, and the concept of ‘otherness.’
This relaxed ‘late’ event will feature engaging conversations, shared meals, and collaborative workshops, creating an intimate space for connection and creativity. As we come together, we’ll physically archive our experiences by crafting a collaborative map that charts our diverse perspectives on queerness within creative practice.
Open to all, this event serves as a reflective conclusion to The Observatory exhibition, encouraging voices to be heard.
Bring your ideas and appetite for dialogue along as we celebrate queerness in all its forms.
Event produced by the CSM Lethaby Gallery student producers.
