Check-in: Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for check-in and boarding. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Weather: It can be breezy on the water so bring a light jacket or sweater.
Safety: Life jackets are available but not required during the sail. Safety instructions will be provided by the crew.
Family-Friendly: Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Accessibility: The catamaran may not be wheelchair accessible due to three tall steps. Please inquire ahead for special accommodations.
Meeting Point & Arrival: Location: Meet us at Shem Creek along the boardwalk between Water’s Edge restaurant and Mount Pleasant Seafood. Look for our sign and the walkway leading down to the dock.
Parking: Free parking is limited but Water’s Edge will validate parking if you dine there. Arrive early to secure a spot or consider rideshare services.
Booking Information: Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with all booking details. Show your ID
Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy before booking. Full refunds are offered for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled sail.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of extreme weather our captain will make the decision to cancel or reschedule. Guests will be notified and rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
Bar Payment: The onboard bar is cashless so be sure to bring a credit or debit card if you plan on purchasing drinks.
Special Occasions: If you're celebrating something special let us know ahead of time!
Restroom Access: Two restrooms are available onboard for your convenience throughout the sail.
Motion Sickness: If you are prone to motion sickness consider taking preventative measures before boarding as the catamaran sails smoothly but may still have some motion on the water.
Comfort: Though there is shaded seating available portions of the boat are open to the sun so dress accordingly and bring sun protection.
