Charity Disc Golf Tournament

Come join us for a fun-filled day of disc golf at Pensacola State College - Milton Campus!

For our annual fundraiser this year we will be hosting a Disc Golf Tournament and Family Day! There will be something for everyone! The day will start off with a tournament for the experienced disc golfers, followed by some family fun to include disc golf lessons, carnival games, bounce houses, face painting, food trucks, live music and so much more!

Proceeds from this fundraiser will directly enhance our monthly Choose Your Story initiative and expand our EMPOWER Teen Awareness and Prevention program:

Choose Your Story encourages teens to make positive choices over substance use. We go beyond just "saying no" to drugs; we aim to equip teens with the tools, facts, and inspiration to make informed decisions and cultivate a healthy, positive lifestyle. We offer free youth gatherings that give teens a chance to branch out, learn, or try something new. These gatherings help them view their life experiences through a more positive lens, emphasizing the aspects of hope and happiness.

EMPOWER, our drug awareness program, stands for:

• Education: Providing accurate information about the risks and effects of drugs.
• Motivation: Inspiring positive behavior and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Prevention: Implementing strategies to prevent drug use among youth.
• Open-Dialogue: Fostering open communication between youth, peers, and adults.
• Well-being: Promoting mental and physical health.
• Empathy: Cultivating understanding and support for those affected by drug use.
• Resilience: Building skills to resist peer pressure and overcome challenges.
