Christmas Charity Tandem Deadlift EventIn support of mental health organisations

First lift: 1100
Completion: 1500
3 categories; male only, female only and mixed (1m + 1f)
Max of 10 teams per category
Tandem axle deadlift for reps
Teams will do as many deadlifts as possible in 60 seconds.
All straps allowed, no suits, hooks or sumo, no baby oil.
Weights in respective categories: 300Kg, 200Kg, 240Kg
On completion of the main event, teams are invited to participate in a rising bar format, max single lift, 3 lifts allowed, first lift to be nominated at registration (2nd and 3rd on completion of successful lift).
Entry fee, £30 per team, please include a team name or both team members name when signing up.
ALL ATHLETES ENTRY IS NON REFUNDABLE. EVENTS AND WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE VENUE DOES NOT OFFER PARKING; HOWEVER, THERE ARE PLENTY OF PARKING OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE IN AND AROUND ALTRIINCHAM.
