Join us for a Charcuterie Workshop beginning at 12:30 PM (doors open at 12:15 PM) for a fun and interactive 2-hour class. In this hands-on experience, each guest will learn the fundamentals of building a beautiful charcuterie board, including how to cut cheeses, fold meats, assemble the board, and embellish it with fruits, olives, botanicals, and other accompaniments.
What's Included?
- Various meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments to assemble the board
- A refreshing cocktail
- 8×10 wooden board that is custom laser-engraved with your last name or letter
- Your board is yours to take home and keep after the workshop.
Before the event, please fill out this order form and select one of the two design options to personalize your board. Each ticket purchased includes a custom board. The form must be completed by May 1 at 11:59PM to receive your custom engraving.
