Come enjoy a fun-filled afternoon learning how to create your very own charcuterie board — just in time for the holidays!
We’ll enjoy a light lunch together while you learn tips and tricks for styling the perfect spread for any gathering.
Bring your creativity, and let’s make something delicious and beautiful!
* Begin with a cheese tasting of 5-6 different cheeses; guests can take notes as we discuss the cheeses and flavor notes and will choose their top 3 favorite cheeses to have on their board
* Learn to make salami roses
* Design your charcuterie board, with tips and tricks on how to style fruit, where to put cheeses, and more!
ALL supplies are included. Each guest will have a “work station” to make their salami roses and build their board on. Boards will have each guest’s top 3 favorite cheeses, seasonal fruits, 2 meats, 2 spreads (mustard and fig), olives or pickles, crackers, nuts, and a sweet treat, plus holiday decor.
Boards can be wrapped up “to-go” or enjoyed at the brewery.
