In this workshop, aside from the sketching process, there are three key points that James will be emphasizing for successful sketching. First, planning is crucial, with the result imagined and considered within the available time. Second, he advises trusting the process, without worrying about mistakes, as they are part of the artistic journey. Lastly, James highlights the importance of technique, particularly in applying shadow and light to add depth and dimension to the artwork. Through the methods mentioned above, a beautiful and lasting impression of the food can be sketched.
