We're a children's bookstore. And we love what we do — helping kids find the book that changes everything, watching a reluctant reader fall in love with a story, keeping shelves full of the kind of magic that only a good picture book can deliver.

However, we come across many adults who love a good book or two.

Introducing Chapters & Cocktails — an adult book fair created for readers to gather, discover stories, and unwind in good company. Because grown ups deserve book love too, and because every ticket sold helps support our mission of keeping books and literacy experiences accessible for children and families in our community.
Every ticket includes one cocktail or mocktail. Because this is a book fair for adults, and adults do things properly.

Browse a thoughtfully curated selection of adult books across every genre — fiction, nonfiction, poetry, graphic novels, essay collections, romance, thrillers, and hidden gems. Buy something new. Swap something you’ve already loved. Meet a fellow reader over a drink, conversation, and a shared love of stories.
