*Heather Treseler* is author of Auguries & Divinations, which received the Sheila Margaret Motton Book Award, the May Sarton Prize, and the 2025 Massachusetts Book Award in poetry. She is also the author of two chapbooks, Parturition and Hard Bargain. Her poems have received a Pushcart Prize, the W. B. Yeats Prize, and Narrative magazine’s poetry prize and appeared in Harvard Review, The Iowa Review, The Irish Times, and Kenyon Review. Her essays appear in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Boston Review, PN Review, and in eight books about contemporary poetry. She is professor of English at Worcester State University and a scholar at the Brandeis Women’s Studies Research Center.*Anthony Walton* is the author of Mississippi: An American Journey, The End of Respectability, and two chapbooks, 1968 and Cricket Weather. He is also the coeditor, with Michael S. Harper, of The Vintage Anthology of African American Poetry, and the coauthor, with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, of the best-selling Brothers-in-Arms: The Epic Story of the 761st Tank Battalion. His work has appeared in The New Yorker, Kenyon Review, Times Literary Supplement, the Atlantic Monthly, and the New York Times, among other journals, and on CNN and the BBC. He is a senior writer-in-residence at Bowdoin College.

Parking Information: The Loring Greenough House has a small parking lot. Please try not to park on the grass. There is nonrestricted street parking and a large, free public parking lot off Centre Street between Burroughs and Thomas Streets just a block from the Loring Greenough House.
Public Transportation: Loring Greenough is on the #39 bus route and is about a 12 minute walk from the Green Street and Forest Hills Orange Line stops.
The final Chapter and Verse Literary Reading for 2025-26 will be held on May 8.
