The Beaches Museum Concert Series continues with Jupiter Coyote on Wednesday, February 4 at 7:00 p.m.For more than three decades, Jupiter Coyote has carved out a sound all their own—an unmistakable blend of good ol’ Southern rock and funky Appalachian boogie known as Mountain Rock. With over 35 years on the road, more than 6,000 shows played, and a catalog that has sold over a million records independently, Jupiter Coyote stands as a true cornerstone of the American jam-rock scene.
Led by founder, songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist Matthew B. Mayes, the band delivers bluegrass-infused funk-rock, rich vocal harmonies, and fearless musicianship—never chasing trends, always playing it the way they feel it. Their innovative lineup includes distinctive instruments like the guijo and layered percussion, creating a sound that truly has no equal.
The Chapel Concert series, now in its 11th year, has featured a wide variety of musical genres, nationally and internationally known artists, and award-winning music. The Chapel Concerts benefit the Beaches Museum.
Check-in and refreshments begin at 6:30 p.m. and the show will start at 7:00 p.m. No physical tickets will be issued but your name will be on the list at check-in. Thank you for your support!
