Chapel-en-le-Frith Carnival is on Saturday 20th June 2026.The theme this year is ‘Sporting Heroes’
The first carnival of the current organisation was held in 1971 with the Youth Club at the Horsa Hut site being the venue.
Come and join in the fun 😁
The parade will start at 1pm led by Chapel's own boxing champ Jack Massey from Tenneco (Ferodo) car park along Hayfield Road, Market Street, High Street, Manchester Road, Long Lane to Chapel Leisure Centre.
On the carnival field/car park at the Leisure Centre we have family entertainment as follows:-
Face painter
Stalls
Hot food
Doughnuts & Sweets
Huge Funfair with rides and attractions for all ages
Ice Cream
Leisure Centre Bar 🍻
and loads more 😁
Radio Host Leighton Morris will be in the parade and then hosting the entertainment on the field!
Arena performance times for Saturday 20th June for Chapel Carnival field at the Leisure Centre as follows:
2.15pm Queens arena
3pm New Orleans Strollers
3.20pm Northenden Pipe band
