We’ll sit in a circle of women who get it—with hot coffee, honest conversation, and zero expectation to pitch, perform, or prove yourself.

Never done sauna before? Bring a swimsuit, or even running shorts and a sports bra — whatever you're comfortable in! You can even bring an extra towel to wrap in if that makes you more comfortable. We are a no judgement, come-as-you-are group of women!
