Keith Kempis (Not Just Āsana podcast, BIJA Yoga Director/TT Creator, Sanskrit Language Coach Opera Australia, Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher) and Sandy King (Not Just Āsana podcast, Golden Yoga School TT Creator and Lead Facilitator, Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher) are teaching a very special workshop honouring Nadam (sacred sound).
Beginning with a heart-opening Āsana class for all levels, and ending with a deep exploration of some of their favourite longer prayers and mantras in Sanskrit and Pali.
