2025 Environmental Speaker Series: Chuck Graham

Join us for an inspiring evening with local writer, photographer, and naturalist Chuck Graham, who will share captivating stories from his adventures in the Channel Islands National Park. Through his stunning photography and storytelling, Chuck offers a unique perspective on the islands.
Chuck’s award-winning work has been featured in Backpacker, National Geographic, Men’s Journal, and more. He is the author of Carrizo Plain: Where the Mountains Meet the Grasslands and his most recent book, Paddling into a Natural Balance: Stories of Kayaking and Conservation around Channel Islands National Park.
Books will be available for purchase at the event ($40, cash, credit card, or Venmo), and Chuck will be signing copies. You can also pick up a copy beforehand at local shops like Timbre Bookstore, Visit Ventura, or Ventura Botanical Garden.
