CHANGE THE NARRATIVE SUMMIT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to TermsBy purchasing a ticket and attending the Change the Narrative summit ("Summit"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. No Refund PolicyAll ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or weather conditions. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers, appropriate alternatives will be communicated.

3. Media Release and ConsentBy attending the Summit, you grant the organizers, sponsors, and affiliated partners the unrestricted right to capture, record, and use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, live streams, and other media formats. Such media may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, and other purposes without compensation or prior approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.

4. Right to Modify Summit DetailsThe organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Summit, including but not limited to the schedule, speakers, venue, format, and content, without prior notice. Attendees accept that such changes may occur, and the organizers shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused.

5. Code of ConductAll attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, and fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the Summit without a refund.

6. Limitation of LiabilityThe organizers, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred at the Summit. Attendees assume all risks associated with participation.

7. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Summit is held.
