A 6 session course for women who want to explore skills and discover their potential.
Changing Direction is a 6 session course that helps you identify existing skills and build confidence and communication skills. You will develop problem solving skills, explore new opportunities, and find focus for your future. Delivered in small groups, this course is fun, creative and interactive enabling women to be themselves in a safe and non judgemental environment.
Who is the course suitable for?
For women who are (this is not an exhaustive list)
*In low-paid work
*Living on benefits
*Have a long term health issue
*A lone parent
*A carer
*Leaving domestic violence
*Facing redundancy
*In a job you hate
And you are looking for decent work, further education, or self-employment or are looking to make moves towards any of these.

When is the course runnning?
The course starts on Wednesday 15th April and runs for 6 Mondays from 10am to 12.30pm

This course will run face-to-face at The Growing Club offices in Lancaster.
