This 4-part interactive experience brings together three health professionals to explore how movement, nourishment, and environment shape how you feel, function, and age.

Rather than sitting through a lecture, participants engage in guided small-group conversations designed to feel personal, practical, and immediately useful.

You'll be spending 30 minutes with each expert in a small group.

Each session stands on its own, while returning participants deepen and expand their understanding over time.

How exercise supports getting and staying out of pain, improving function, and strengthening your odds against aging.

Nourishment – Shoshanna Richek, CFNC
How daily food choices, stress patterns, and nervous system regulation influence energy, motivation, and long-term health.

Environment – Toni Vanschoyck
How reducing chemical burden from food, water, air, and everyday products can support resilience and well-being.

Info: You'll sit with each of the experts for 30 minutes to learn and ask questions. Please complete and leave the evaluation with prior to your departure. The March, April, May and June sessions do not repeat, they focus on segments of well being with time to address your questions.
