About this Event
The Lab is a half-day workshop that equips participants with the ability to recognise where resistance to change comes from and how they can learn to look at change in a more positive manner and build a resilient change mindset.
We achieve this through self reflection, group reflection, and working through tools and strategies to develop a resilient change mindset.
We'll provide you a learn by doing experience of:
Understanding and discovering the natural human resistance to change
How to think differently about change
How to change our propensity to focus on the negative
Using the Strategy Box to think more positively about change
Managing the fear of failure
Identifying behavioural responses to change
Assisting colleagues with behavioural responses to change
Continual development of resilience based on Martin Seligman’s 'Learned Optimism'
