Does this ticket guarantees my entry to the bar?

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.- This ticket does not guarantee you an actual seat at the bar. Once all seats have been taken, entrance will be for standing room only. Once capacity is reached doors will close. Doors will close once capacity is reached. Capacity is 1400 people.
