About this Event
Nestled in the heart of the Marne Valley, the Taillet house marketed its first bottles in 1961.
Today managed by Eric TAILLET, the 4th generation, it asserts itself more than ever in its philosophy of working the vines with respect for the environment and in harmony with nature.
From now on, for Eric Taillet, creator of emotions in Champagne, a single priority: exceptional harvests for an exceptional champagne. A perfectionist, who wishes to preserve in each of his champagnes, a typicality and a style that is recognizable at the first sip.
Today, Eric is starting to step back from Champagne production, and is preparing to pass on the winery to his son Dylan and daughter Lena. We are so excited to have Lena in-house to present their incredibly singular bubbly wines and give us an inside peek at the future of this renowned winery!
We will be serving three courses made specifically to pair with these gorgeous Marne Valley Champagnes in a intimate setting at Josephine.
